Another MORI asset in terms of reliability and performance, piston pumps have made the history books of Italian winemaking, undergoing very few but essential changes over time.

The PS series is a series of pumps that is also a key part of historic MORI IMPIANTI ENOLOGICI production, dating back to the end of the 50s with the first PS60.

Modern machinery, updated in construction materials according to new trends with powerful fluid-dynamic transport capacities and minimal maintenance.

The PS series pumps have a cast reducer body and a stainless steel chamber inside which the liquid to be transferred enter  which is sucked and pushed in one of the two directions by closing and opening food-grade rubber spherical valves with tap inversion.

The pump chamber is isolated from the other parts by a mechanical seal. The advantage of these pumps is the robustness and high sustainable head in the transfer phase over long distances, in addition to high self-priming power.

The models available are all two-speed, complete with automatic pressure switch in order to adapt to filling small containers.

Able to carry out decanting with a range of flow rates ranging from 45 to 320 Hl/hour. Can be equipped with wired control, radio control and electronic inverter.

Suitable for decanting wine, must, lees, destemmed grapes, juice and fruit pulp and vinegar. Pump body, inverter, cylinders, covers and other internal parts are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel including trolley, electrical system holder and belt guard. 2-speed double-acting piston pumps, self-priming with optional dry running. Automatic pressure switch on 2 speeds which starts and stops the motor by operating the end of pipe cock. Exclusive system for cleaning the bell. Cap for total discharge of the liquid from the pump body.
