With the FL series of hydraulic presses, we wanted to integrate the strength of tradition with technological innovation in order to synergise good results with practicality.

In light of this, MORI IMPIANTI ENOLOGICI brings an important innovation in the field of hydraulic presses.

The FL series of PZ hydraulic presses boasts fundamental added value which significantly reduces the time required for the entire pressing process and facilitates the handling of the pressed pomace.

The innovation consists of an automatic clearing system, in addition to special FL (fork liftable) draining basins.

In a nutshell, we will no longer be bound to open the cages at the end of the cycles and unload the hand-pressed marc as the single unit cage remains hooked to the upper part of the press frame.

By doing so we will be able to keep the cake of pressed pomace on the tray.

This tray is also set up with a frame to make it transportable with any forklift or electric transpallet to bring the pomace directly to the storage site and quickly resume loading the new press.

The PZ FL models are also available with wheeled trays which can be moved by hand by a single operator while maintaining the option of automatic storage on the press.

Three versions are available: PZ80FL with cages of 80cm by 90 in height, the PZ95FL of 95cm by 100 in height and the PZ130FL of 130cm by 110 in height.

The load capacities are respectively: 4.8, 7.1 and 14.6 quintals.

Vertical hydraulic presses continue to evolve with more and more technology and less manual skills. The FL series hydraulic presses did not accelerate processing times but they eliminated the operator fatigue. The work is carried out by a single operator sitting comfortably on a forklift.
