Mechanical grape selectors

Roller conveyor for automatic de-stemming selection. AISI 304 stainless steel construction with food-grade PVC rollers with differentiated profile. First section suitable for liquid drainage, removal of grape seeds and small vegetable parts with optional liquid recovery tank with removable solid interception grid. End section with shaped rollers for separating grapes from stems, stalks and leaves. The shaped rollers have adjustable distances in two different sections (central and terminal) for maximum selective effectiveness. The inclination of the work table is adjustable by means of telescopic legs and the rotation speed is controlled by an electronic speed variator (inverter).

Available in 4 versions: 6 Ton/h with a 40cm wide worktop (ROLLY 60), 12 Ton/h with a 70cm wide worktop (ROLLY 120), 20 Ton/h with a 100cm wide worktop (ROLLY 200); direct feeding on the worktop. 12 Ton/h version with 70cm wide worktop and vibrating chute feeding (ROLLY 120V). Installed power kW 1,1 ROLLY 60 and 120 - kW 1,3 ROLLY120V - kW 1,5 ROLLY200 - V.400 CE machines.
